My work week begins today an I've been awake since 4:45, but in case you want to know how I’ve grown from my awkwardly painful and shy childhood years, I want to mention the time I was a kid and ordered a grilled cheese in Las Vegas. I said, “Grilled Cheese, please” and then immediately clamped shut and tried not to cry. Because I rhymed. And I thought the waitress would think I was being a brat because I wasn’t taking her work situation seriously.

To recap: I almost started crying because I was terrified someone thought I was being a funny person when I rhymed “please” with “grilled cheese”.

That’s how I know I’ve grown a lot. It’s really not hard to mentally grow from something that had like, no personality whatsoever though. Blank slate, you guys. Blank slate.

Have a good week.
